Kalexis is committed to providing customers with quality items and the best customer service. We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a store credit. We do not issue refunds.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale/Discounted or Promotional Items
- Orders placed using a Store Credit
- Worn Items
- Washed Items
- Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear
Returning your Purchase
Items purchased from Kalexis are eligible for store credit within 3 days of receiving. After the 3rd day the item is considered a final sale. All returns must be submitted on our website using the Return System within 3 days of receiving your item. (Any items shipped without a Return Request or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited).
Once we receive your original merchandise, a store credit will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags attached. No Exceptions.
Unfortunately, at this time, return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Kalexis reserves the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the criteria listed above.
Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive and process your return. All orders placed with a store credit is a final sale.
Orders that are refused will be charged a reshipping fee in order for us to ship the package back to you.
